These tins are made by Ark and decorated with butterflies, flowers and stars. At the end of the 1950s, the ARK brand name was changed into ARKs.

Description
This beautiful set of old tins made by the Ark bakery factory consists of a biscuit tin and a cookie tin. The decoration of these tins consists of a dark red background with golden and white details consisting of butterflies, daisies and stars. Both tins have the ARK brand name on the rim of the lid.

Condition
This set of ARK is in a vintage condition with traces of use and age-related traces of wear.

ARK
En 1920 Ark's era una panadería tradicional donde se elaboraban galletas y pan de jengibre. La familia ARK consistió de cinco hijos y dos hijas. Dos de estos hijos, Gerrit Jan van Ark y Martinus Johan van Ark, decidieron construir una fábrica en 1931
en el Zwolseweg en Heerde, Países Bajos. La fábrica de Ark's Rusk todavía está allí hoy.

En Ark's, al principio, solo se elaboraban bizcochos y pan de jengibre. En 1938 se agregaron galletitas / galletas.
